According to Osho, there is no such thing as a fixed, ‘basic’ morality; absolute codes are human inventions that often create guilt and hypocrisy. What truly guides right action is awareness: when you are conscious, loving, and present, compassion flows naturally, and behavior becomes ethical without external commandments. True morality is an inner flowering, not a rulebook.
There isn’t one set of rules for everyone; be awake and kind inside, and good actions will follow.
