According to Osho, the inner door doesn’t open through initiation rites or a master “giving” grace; grace is always radiating. It opens when the disciple becomes truly receptive through total surrender—a technical, inner discipline born from deep awareness and genuine helplessness after wholehearted practice. First exhaust all methods; when nothing works, surrender happens, and grace is received.
The master’s help works only when you’ve tried your best, felt truly helpless, and let go completely.
