According to Osho, true character is born from right vision (inner understanding/awareness), not from social conditioning, yet it naturally expresses itself in the world as conduct and relationship. Society provides the stage, but the script comes from insight. Without vision, character is imitation; with vision, action is spontaneous, compassionate, and consistent across situations—integrity lived, not imposed.
Character starts inside you when you see clearly, and then it shows outside in how you act with others.
