According to Osho, Buddha likely addressed chakras and kundalini, but such teachings were preserved orally for centuries and much was omitted when finally written. Masters also speak according to a seeker’s readiness; premature exposure to higher practices can mislead or harm. Esoteric methods are shared privately with prepared disciples, not broadcast publicly—hence canonical texts may appear silent.
Buddha kept advanced energy teachings private for prepared students, and later recorders left much out, so the scriptures don’t show them.
