When you drop that conditioning and approach lovemaking playfully—as a natural, celebratory act—fear dissolves and joy flowers. Existence itself affirms sex; therefore, pleasure requires innocence, not guilt.
If you feel scared or guilty about sex, you can’t enjoy it; relax and see it as natural, and the joy returns.
