According to Osho, the 'pain' of separation from the Divine is a tender, delicious ache—like a slight inner soreness—that the devotional heart cherishes, because it keeps love alive and the Beloved near. Yet on Mahavira’s path it is still desire and must be relinquished; true freedom comes when even this longing dissolves into silent meditation without search.
It’s a sweet hurt of missing God that lovers of God value, while another path says to gently let even that longing melt into quiet.
