According to Osho, shaktipat is the descent of divine energy - an unpredictable 'explosion' occurring when your latent energy meets the infinite. No person 'does' it; at best, an utterly egoless, empty being can serve unknowingly as a catalytic conduit. Ego blocks the flow. It may be experienced as energy descending from beyond or rising within; both perspectives describe the same meeting.
