According to Osho, inhibition in a conservative setting shows your 'dance' is only a mind-idea. When real dance arises, it possesses you as living energy—you forget ashram, society, even consequences, and you move anyway. If it can be stopped, let it go; when it happens by itself, it’s divine joy—the only true morality.
If you can hold back because people are watching, you only thought of dancing; real dance moves you and you stop caring what others think.
