According to Osho, when a master leaves the body, ordinary followers cannot truly follow; discipleship becomes 99% your work. Only through total love, passion, and unwavering longing can the bodiless master become alive within you—you become his vehicle. Otherwise, seek a living master and dissolve; while he lives, 99% is done by him, 1% by you.
If your teacher dies, it’s much harder—either find a living one or love so totally that their spirit works through you.
