True merging belongs only to the seventh body; before that, identification interrupts the inner continuum. Maintain detached awareness, let processes unfold automatically, and avoid premature union, otherwise progress halts and the current breaks. Witnessing preserves momentum toward the final absorption.
Just keep watching whatever happens without getting lost in it; if you merge too soon, you get stuck.
