According to Osho, use intellect to grasp the words, but let feeling/heart digest them into lived experience; don’t stop at understanding. Intellect should be a door that admits what is worth experiencing, not a gate that excludes. Translate insight into practice so it becomes blood and marrow; otherwise undigested knowledge turns toxic and burdens you.
First use your head to get it, then use your heart to live it—only then is it real.
