According to Osho, there are two opposite paths: will (witnessing) and surrender (dropping the ego). In will, cultivate moment-to-moment awareness; use methods like the Sufi “halt”—freeze instantly and observe—or witness powerful drives like hunger and sex without acting. In surrender, address the ego directly: let it go completely; when ego dissolves, the inner Self awakens.
Pick one way: either quietly watch everything you do and feel without changing it, or drop your “me” completely—both lead to the same inner wakefulness.
