According to Osho, true witnessing is not a detached, focused watching that resists or interferes. Don’t be 'just a witness'; surrender and cooperate with the process, letting the body’s and centers’ innate wisdom act. Maintain a soft, diffused awareness—aware but not attentive—so no tension is created. This non-doing (akarma) aligns you with what’s happening and lets it complete naturally.
Don’t stare or control; gently know it’s happening, relax, and let your body’s wisdom finish the work by itself.
