According to Osho, your personal 'I' can dissolve, but existence itself never disappears. As awareness expands, the ego-bound sense of 'my existence' fades; what remains is vast, impersonal being. The disappearance is of the separate self, not of reality. The ego goes; existence, boundless living presence, remains.
What goes away is the little ‘me,’ not life itself—the bigger reality stays.
