According to Osho, yes—use a window if you must; it’s better than blindness. But any window is a frame, a filter; it cannot equal the vastness of the open, windowless sky. Methods, beliefs, and teachers can introduce you, yet liberation comes only through unmediated seeing—stepping beyond frames into direct, sky-like awareness.
Looking through a window is okay, but stepping outside into the open sky is far better.
