According to Osho, true masters differ because every being is utterly unique; individuality is intrinsic even in the womb, and at the summit of consciousness those distinctions become even more pronounced. A master's outer 'play-act' simply expresses his singular inner signature. Trouble arises when devotees use one master as a yardstick and become blind to others' equally valid expressions.
Masters act differently because everyone is one-of-a-kind, and at the highest peak that uniqueness shows up in different styles—so don’t compare one to judge another.
