According to Osho, begin by questioning why you want sublimation at all. Don’t do it because I say so, or to please neighbors or morality. Look directly into your own experience—does it truly feel right or create suffering? Let your understanding, not social pressure, decide. From sincere seeing, transformation happens naturally; otherwise you only repress and remain conflicted.
Don’t change for others; look honestly inside, and real change will happen by itself.
