According to Osho, organization is a necessary servant of the spirit: pragmatic people build roads, houses, and systems so meditators can deepen, but administration must never claim spiritual authority or harden into religion. Logistics should support awareness, not dominate it. When organizers seek power, fear and manipulation replace love and clarity; therefore keep clear boundaries, transparency, and constant remembrance that meditation, not management, is the master.
Build the room so you can sit quietly, but don’t let the room tell your heart what to do.
