According to Osho, his work is not to sway or hypnotize the masses with ‘charisma’ but to decondition people from all imposed categories—saint/sinner, sacred/profane—and restore the dignity of simple, ordinary humanity. By puncturing conditioned symbols and idols, he undermines mass suggestion, inviting individuals to see directly, think freely, and meet life without borrowed beliefs.
He doesn’t try to impress crowds, he helps each person drop labels and secondhand beliefs to be real and free.
