According to Osho, a mere rebel is reactive, blind, and negative—fighting against what is without clear vision of what should be. A merely enlightened one has vision but avoids confronting society’s chains, so remains incomplete. Wholeness is an enlightened rebel: inner clarity joined with courageous, positive action, fighting for a life-affirming future rather than just against the past.
A rebel without wisdom is like a blind fighter, and a wise person without courage is like a seer who won’t act; real change needs both seeing and doing.
