Structured in five precise stages, Dynamic moves from storm to stillness: wild breathing, unfiltered catharsis, a penetrating mantra, utter immobility, and a jubilant celebration. It is not about being polite; it is about being true. When practiced with totality and witnessing, the method functions like future psychotherapy—an alchemy in which stored anger, grief, jealousy, and fear are expressed and released, and the watcher within is born. It suits modern minds, works powerfully with states like depression, and prepares us to live more sanely and lovingly in a world on the verge of great change.


Phase Instructions

First Stage: Chaotic Breathing (10 minutes)

Stand with feet hip-width apart, eyes closed or blindfolded. Breathe through the nose—fast, deep, and irregular—emphasizing the exhalation; let the inhalation happen on its own. Drive the breath into the belly and chest as if fanning a fire. Allow the body to move naturally: shake, bend, twist—use the whole body to intensify the breath. Keep the mouth closed, jaws relaxed, and build energy without rhythm or pattern. Go to your maximum without forcing; feel pressure mounting like a volcano ready to erupt.

Second Stage: Catharsis—Total Expression (10 minutes)

Explode. Let whatever is there come out—cry, shout, laugh, tremble, stamp, jump, pound a cushion, dance wildly. Don’t perform; be authentic and total. Give voice to anger, fear, grief, jealousy—anything repressed—without directing it at anyone. Keep the eyes closed and the attention inside as you empty yourself. If a wave comes, ride it fully; if it changes, change with it. This is conscious vomiting of the past—allow and express without restraint, yet without harming yourself or the space around you.

Third Stage: Mantra and Jumping (10 minutes)

Raise both arms straight up. Jump in place, landing on the flats of the feet. With every landing, sound a strong, deep HOO from the belly, letting the vibration strike the sex center (just below the navel). Keep the arms lifted and the sound sharp and percussive, each jump like a hammer blow awakening your core. Remain total—no half-hearted sounds. If you cannot jump vigorously, make the HOO standing on bent knees with a strong downward pulse, still directing the sound to the sex center.

Fourth Stage: Stop—Absolute Stillness (15 minutes)

Freeze exactly where you are. Don’t adjust the body, don’t clear the throat, don’t scratch—become a statue. Eyes remain closed. Let the built-up energy turn inward and witness everything without interference: breath, heartbeat, tingles, thoughts passing. Any movement scatters the energy; stillness crystallizes the watcher. Simply be aware—alert, silent, unmoving.

Fifth Stage: Celebration and Silence in Movement (15 minutes)

Let the body move again and celebrate. Dance freely, allowing joy, gratitude, and freshness to overflow. Keep the witness alive inside the dance—movement outside, silence within. End by standing or sitting quietly for a few moments, letting the taste of awareness settle for the day.

If your total being is completely tense, the only possibility that remains is relaxation. Ordinarily one cannot go directly into relaxation, but if your whole being is at a peak of total tension then the second step comes automatically, spontaneously: silence is created. You are not aware of the spiritual because you have so much tension in the body, so much tension in the mind. But if you are not tense in the physical and mental realms, you will automatically know the bliss of the spiritual, the relaxation of the spiritual. It comes to you; it has been waiting for you. Your whole attention is so absorbed by the physical and the mental that there is no attention left to divert to the spiritual. You can go into meditation just by sitting, but then be just sitting; do not do anything else. If you can be just sitting, it becomes meditation. Be completely in the sitting; nonmovement should be your only movement. In fact, the word zen comes from the word zazen, which means, just sitting, doing nothing. If you can just sit, doing nothing with your body and nothing with your mind, it becomes meditation; but it is difficult. There are many meditation methods and each method is meaningful to a particular type of mind. Then, too, there are certain methods that are meaningful in a particular age. All of our traditional methods are basically silent ones.
