"Purchased advanced tickets on-site direct with the resort. It was a guided 1/2day tour with W2M. We were also informed, in advance, of an additional minimal tax to be paid in USD per person, and collected on the date of the site visit. Our travel to Tulum was on a big tour bus as well as the return to our resort. It was comfortable, and safe. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and informative. It was a great visit to the site where we learnt about the history leading to the Mayan people and Mayan ruins."

"Best to arrive at opening time. The wait to get tickets can be long. Our group paid for the private tour guide, highly recommend. We enjoyed walking and learning about the Tulum history."

"Amazing structures & views. Looks gorgeous with the blue blue waters next to it. Wish we paid for the tour guide. Some in very good condition. They have shuttle to bus you to the beach & back. Nice park, well maintained & the beach is beautiful as well. Big stretch of white sand & blue waters! Cool trail in park above the beach. Go in morning shortly after open, to beat cruise rush"

"Perfectly organized and respectful to history. I was amazed by the infrastructure here. Great facilities, clean toilets, and excellent eco-friendly electric transport to the site. ♻️ The best part? No souvenir sellers inside the archaeological zone! It makes such a difference compared to other places. You can just walk, enjoy the stunning views of the Caribbean sea, and soak in the atmosphere. The beaches below are beautiful and long. A world-class historical site."
