"Ahau Tulum is a little piece of paradise. A truly beautiful beachfront hotel with a very special energy. We stayed for a few days over New Year’s and also joined their New Year’s Eve dinner and celebration, which was magical and so thoughtfully done. Food was amazing and the party super fun! The place to be 🫶 The rooms are charming, earthy, and full of character, perfectly in tune with the natural surroundings. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family and made to feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. The team always goes out of their way to make sure you’re happy, and that warmth and care can be felt in every detail. The food is great and love the smoothies at the beach bar! I love this place so much, and it will always hold a special place in my heart, grateful for the memories we created here and looking forward to coming back when I have the chance."

"I came here only to spend the day, enjoy the beach, and consume food and drinks, fully intending to pay by card. When I arrived with my bicycle, the woman at the parking area right in front of the hotel literally ran after me, shouting that I had to pay 50 pesos just to leave my bike there. I tried to explain calmly that I was going into the hotel to spend the day and that I didn’t have any cash on me. She didn’t care at all and couldn’t even speak basic English, which made communication impossible. Because of this aggressive and unwelcoming behavior, I decided to leave and went directly to the hotel next door (Delek). They clearly know how to treat their guests properly. I left my bike there without any issue, no one harassed me for money, I consumed well, enjoyed my time, and left a good tip. Very disappointing experience. Customer service starts at the entrance, and unfortunately, this hotel failed at that point."

"The hotel is very beautiful, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the restaurant food is highly recommended compared to other restaurants in the area, the prices are much better. Ulises and Cristian, the waiters in the beach bed area, deserve a 100% for their service. You must try the arrachera tacos and their huevos ranchetos with arrachera are delicious, especially with their homemade habanero salsa. The beach is very clean and you can see a spectacular sunrise from any of the rooms."

"We had such a great experience at the beach club. The vibes were cool and exactly what we were hoping for. A special shoutout to Tobias. He truly made our day. He was professional, super friendly, and incredibly patient with all our requests. The level of service he provided really stood out. Prices were definitely on the higher side (U.S. pricing), but we expected that. Also, we didn’t stay at the hotel."

"I just came to lunch. I needed a place to chill while taking a work call. The waiters were not pushy and even offered to wait till I finish my call. The food exceeded my expectations.. and the view... the view!!! Love working while looking at the ocean."
