These terms apply to your use of osholive.com, the Osho Live Android app, and the Osho Live bots and API ("Osho Live", "we", "us"). By using Osho Live you agree to them.

1. What Osho Live is

Osho Live is an independent site for reading Osho's discourses and asking questions answered by AI from those discourses. Answers are written by AI and may be imperfect; the linked passages are the source to rely on. Osho Live is not affiliated with Osho International Foundation.

2. Accounts

You need an account to save conversations, start translations and buy a membership. Keep your sign-in details private; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example automated scraping or sharing an API key publicly.

3. Free use and fair use

Reading is free. AI features come with daily allowances that depend on your plan, shown on the membership page and in your account. Allowances reset at midnight UTC. Paid limits are fair-use limits to keep the service fast for everyone.

4. Memberships and payments

Plans. Pro and Pro Plus are offered monthly (renewing automatically until cancelled) or as a one-time payment for one month or one year (no automatic renewal). Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the membership page and include applicable charges.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Renewal. Monthly subscriptions are charged at the start of each period using the card or UPI Autopay mandate you approved. If a renewal fails, Razorpay retries for a few days; your plan stays active meanwhile.
Cancellation. Cancel any time from your account. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Changes between plans. An upgrade starts immediately; unused days of a prepaid lower plan are converted to the higher plan at the price ratio.
One-off purchases. A paid translation gives you one new translation, usable any time. Support payments are voluntary gifts and don't unlock features.
Price changes apply only from your next renewal, and we will email you beforehand.

5. Delivery

Everything Osho Live sells is digital and delivered instantly to your account once payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.

6. Refunds

7. Content

Osho's words belong to their rights holders. Don't republish content from Osho Live in bulk. Translations are machine translations, not Osho's own wording.

8. Liability

Osho Live is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
