"Such a lovely sauna and ice bath in Remuera. The place is always spotless clean and very relaxing. It is green and stylish, with a beautiful atmosphere. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the service is always great. The saunas are properly hot, and the shampoos and creams in the changing rooms are a really nice touch."

"Very beautiful interior. It already felt like a relaxing atmosphere when I entered their studio. The staff is warm and welcoming, showed me around, were very supportive and it was a very pleasant experience overall. The time slot I booked was not too busy, parking was a breeze, and the rooms were super clean and equipped well. I have booked my next session and will be back."

"Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is to be alone with yourself. I spent time in the sauna at O Studio, completely on my own. No conversations. No rushing. No expectations. Just warmth, silence, and beautiful aromatic oils they provided, slowly unfolding with every breath. The space felt calm, private, and thoughtfully created. At some point, my body exhaled first. My thoughts slowed down. And that rare state appeared — when you’re not running, not fixing, not saving anyone — you’re simply being. This experience wasn’t just about the sauna. It was about giving myself permission to rest, to feel, and to truly care for myself. "O-Studio Remuera is honestly a sanctuary. The space is so beautiful and thoughtfully designed, it feels like a little slice of heaven in the middle of the Remuera. They’ve literally got everything: float tanks, sauna/ice baths, an incredible aromatherapy sauna, private saunas, a recovery lounge, red light therapy… this is something for everyone. It’s the kind of place you walk into and instantly feel more grounded. Even better all the staff are so lovely and welcoming. Trust me. Whether you’re needing to unwind, recover, or just take a moment for yourself, this spot has you covered. Can’t recommend it enough! They are located on the 1st level in the Remuera Health Hub. So happy this place has opened! Will be living here 🙌🏼"

"Had a massage at O-Studio with Louna and it was amazing. I’d been stressed and dealing with a tension headache, and her massage really helped ease it. She’s professional, skilled, and made me feel so relaxed. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!"
