"Beautiful resort. I was amazed by the location and the surroundings, all the views were magical. But the most amazing part was the service we received at the restaurant. Armando walked me through the menu in detail so that we could understand it all and make the best choice. It was so cute yet flattering that he was trying to speak in English, this is a good example of excellent service. All the staff team were very kind from the very beginning. The hostess, Dulce, she went above and beyond helping us to make some reservations to all the activities we wanted to do as her English is very good. If you are looking to pamper yourself, the spa is a must, the most incredible massage I have ever had. The only negative point that I have is that there is no staff at night, so I couldn’t ask for some things such as more shampoo and towels."

"The spa hotel was great and the restaurant was fabulous. However, our shower had black mold and the hotel was short staffed."

"Beautiful place, wonderful gardens and design. Just BE AWARE that none of the rooms have a television and the pool closes at 8… we found it very difficult to schedule their temazcal and had to wait almost an hour to get a taxi into town. You have to pay extra to use the sauna and our last night we came back from town to accommodate the hot tub closing so early just to find that it was cold. For the amount that you pay to stay here this was very disappointing."

"I went some years ago through booking...and even though the place is beautiful 🥰 and the hotel it's amazing ❤️ so do so beautiful, breakfast also great! Only thing was that...the guy who cleaned the swimming pool was suuuuper disrespectful!!!! I got sooo angry 😠 and he closed the swimming pool early that indicated....the girl in the desk also dissapointing ... 😑 they offered me a free drink for apologized...but it was too late...water was cold..so if they highered compétent workers to provide a good customer service it could had been great :) (I found hair on my pillow ^^') well....that's all I have to say."

"We extended a trip to CDMX adding a few days at La Buena Vibra and it was the perfect end to our week. The location is so beautiful! The staff were all so helpful and kind. The rooms were cleaned extremely thoroughly between guests. Highly recommend!"
