"Where do I start? For my first time ever booking an Airbnb, it will be very hard to top the hosts and home we experienced. From the moment I first spoke with Arlene and Ron a couple of months before our stay, their communication and hospitality were impeccable. They kindly offered to help arrange taxis from the airport and suggested excursions we could book through them for better prices than most places offered. In the days leading up to our stay they continued to check in and communicate clearly. When we arrived at Cancun airport, they even made sure our taxi driver took the correct route to keep the cost down and were waiting at the house to greet us. They gave us a full tour and clearly explained the house rules, which we fully respected. Throughout the stay we spoke with Ron and Arlene daily. The home was spotless and absolutely beautiful pictures truly do not do it justice. I will definitely be purchasing another stay through them at some point in the near future."
