"11 out of 10. Ive had the pleasure of free diving with Michael, so I knew 1st hand just how talented he was in the water. Recently a small group of our friends spent the afternoon with him doing a breath workshop that involved the sauna and the ice bath, it was incredible! It’s rare to find people like Michael, he has the gift of teaching, the ability to share the science in really simple language, help you find your zen like a yogi, and just when your struggling he'll find the humour in it that makes you laugh through the pain and conquer whatever was in your way. It’s a master class, well worth it and incredibly satisfying! Everyone is still raving about it!"

"I’ve had a couple sessions…private and group classes with Boundless Breathing….it has really helped me with my mental and physical health! I really enjoy the skills I’ve gained and self understanding with Michael in boundless breathing. You don’t have to be a yogi master or some expert…. It’s for everyone from all walks of life….you can be on any stage in your journey to walk out of a session with the skills and knowledge you didn’t previously obtain. The theory, mechanics and skills are practical and easy to put into practice into your everyday life. It’s simple, yet effective. Whatever path you’re on, I highly recommend boundless breathing! "From now on all breath work and ice baths will be divided into 2 categories. Those assisted by Michael and those without. I highly recommend Michael and the incredible workshop I recently participated in. Michael has a talent to hold a safe space to explore new boundaries in breath work, ice bath and apnea. It was my first ‘proper’ icebath and Michael really helped me push through the discomfort with a grace I had never felt before. The skills and knowledge gained through the workshop I feel will help in many aspects of life. I really loved how well structured the day was, and how the theory complemented the practical. "I was referred to Michael through a mutual friend on my trip to Byron Bay. I have always had the goal to hold my breath for 2+ minutes (for surfing and spear fishing reasons) and didn’t know where to start, so the Surf Apnea class made the most sense for me. To be honest, I was on the fence about whether or not to commit to the class as it is was expensive for a private session. But I decided to try Michael’s class and went in with zero expectations. It is crazy to say, but the session changed my life. It was the best money I spent in my month’s time traveling Australia and the class resonates with me to this day. The reason I am posting this review is because I had a crazy dream last night and to get through the nightmare, I literally used Michael’s breathing techniques that he taught me - in the dream! It is hard-coded in me and really shifted my perspective on how to navigate under water and how to react in stressful situations. This is invaluable throughout the course of all our lives. If you are looking for a fun, challenging, and life-changing perspective, sign up for Michael’s class. Did I mention I held my breath for 2+ minutes during my first class?! :)"

"I met Michael and sat with him for a few hours while he took me through some new breathing techniques. That has lead me on a new journey of breath awareness, using my breath consciously to work somatically and manage old trauma patterns. I'm now swimming again and travelling the world solo.
