Fear is manufactured by so‑called religiosity; liberation arises by meeting life directly—tasting, loving, and experiencing totally—until craving drops and courage flowers. Stop running from attraction or sensation; bring total awareness to each experience and fear dissolves.
Heaven is living bravely with an open heart; hell is living scared.

Heaven and hell are only two sides of your mind. The religions that were born outside India have remained with these two ideas, heaven and hell. They could not rise above them.
