According to Osho, synchronization is not matching clocks but attuning your heart and being to the master’s—letting your heartbeat, awareness and joy resonate with his rhythm. It is a heart-to-heart dance, an inner harmony where you become as ‘drunk with awareness’ as the master. The master offers the field; your intelligence, openness and presence complete the tuning.
It’s tuning your inner feeling to the teacher’s, like two instruments resonating together, not worrying about time or rules.

Anand Vimal, it is not difficult for me to tell the time. But keeping your watch in synchronicity with my watch is not the real thing; your heart has to be in synchronicity with my heart. The friend agreed, but on the way when the sun started rising the guest forgot. It was so beautiful by the side of the lake, the reflection of all the colors, the birds singing and the lotuses blossoming, opening, he could not resist, he forgot. He said, "What a beautiful sunrise." His host was shocked because he has broken the condition. Lao Tzu did not say anything, nothing was said there.
