According to Osho, simply rejecting old conditioning—like parental fixations—after a little catharsis only swaps dependencies: the mind projects new fathers and mothers (Gods, nations, languages) or turns the ego into a substitute parent. Primal work just uproots weeds; only meditation and awareness dissolve fixation itself. Without that, conclusions are impatient, and you remain subtly dependent and unfree.
If you only say “no” to old parent-habits, you’ll grab new pretend parents, until meditation-based awareness frees you inside.
