According to Osho, don’t begin with the enemy; start by opening to your friend—drop fear, secrecy, and defenses, allowing genuine vulnerability. Inclusiveness is a quality of consciousness, not a target person. Cultivate it by seeing how the “outside” already participates in you—perception and feelings arise within. As openness deepens, embracing even the enemy happens naturally, without hypocrisy.
First learn to be fully open with your friends and notice your experiences come from within; then including an enemy will happen by itself.
