How do I drop jealousy in my relationship?
I love my partner but jealousy poisons everything. I understand it intellectually but it still grips me.

Jealousy is not about the other — it is a mirror showing your own lack of love for yourself. Pour into your own being. A person who is full of love has nothing to defend, and jealousy simply has no fuel.

Watch jealousy without judging it as 'bad'. The moment you fight it, you feed it. Awareness, not suppression, dissolves it.
