How can I bring meditation into a busy office job?

I work 9 hours at a screen. By evening I'm too tired to sit. Any practical suggestions?

Meditation doesn't always mean sitting. Pick small islands: three conscious breaths before opening your laptop, full attention while drinking water, a slow walk to the printer. Osho's gift was meditation in action — let work itself become the meditation.
