Vanadurga Ashram Santuario de Yoga

"I participated in a reatreat there (only offered in Spanish language). I recommend it a lot! It is a magical place - with devoted and warm-hearted people who are at service there, in a paradise of a jungle and a river close by to take a bath. Once I enterted this placed I felt immediately peace and harmony. I liked singing mantras together, hatha yoga, pranayama, and saturday's campfire with ceremony of cacao is a cherry on top of a cake. Vegan food was delicious (even though I am carnivorous I didn't feel for the duration of the 4-day long stay a desire to eat animal-based products). I wish I could learn some receipes because the taste was incredible. The architecture of temples are impressive, the dormitories are built with natural materials. I slept there extremely well being sourrounded by the nature. Apart of teachings during the retreat, i felt being part of open minded community that welcome everyone with open heart."
