"Beautiful community for meditation practice. Has been very helpful for me. Very welcoming and good for beginners, people completely unfamiliar with Buddhism, or looking for a more secular Buddhist community. I appreciate how accessible SIMS is compared to some Sanghas Every Monday night at 7pm is the weekly in-person meeting"

"Seattle Insight is a kind and welcoming place. It's beginner friendly and I've enjoyed getting to know other meditators. I appreciate all the teachers and volunteers who make gathering as a community possible. And the recent renovations are beautiful!"

"I've been meditating here off and on for several years. I've found it to be a very supportive community that's welcoming to all experience levels - including people brand new to meditation. They have a few specific groups, including an under-40 group that's great for those of us who want to connect and explore the practice with others around our own age. They offer in-person and virtual meditations several times a week, with fantastic instructors. I just drop-in whenever is convenient for my schedule and always find it helpful."

"We're lucky to have welcoming teachers and a supportive community here in Seattle, bringing a wealth of direct experience and knowledge of the dharma. If you're interested in Buddhism or meditation in an accessible format, this is the place to check out!"

"Very easy to say that SIMS has changed my life. I have been attending the Under 40 meditation group led by Keri Pederson since 2017. Each session, we meditate for about half an hour, listen to a fantastic dharma talk, and then discuss in small groups. Not only have I learned to meditate with SIMs, but I have deepened my spirituality and community. I highly recommend to SIMS to anyone who is curious about meditation and/or Buddhism!"
