"Didn't wanna give even a 1 star sitting there for hours and still not getting ur turn , the staff was all screaming on patients like we owe them something especially the lady in the orange door i prefer u should change her or maybe try new staff even if shes talking to someone she's screaming like hell...."
"I went to the clinic today for a first prenatal check up. Been there many years ago so was really dreading going back there but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were helpful and service efficient. The only part of the procedure they need to work on is the urine testing as a few women at a time are gathered in a bathroom where they are expected to squat and urinate in a cup all in the presence of each other as well as the nurse. This is highly unhygienic and uncomfortable."
"I would rate them Negetive 5 if it was possible. Worst experience ever! rude staff. I was there, after queing for 4hours, I was told to provide my Id and proof of residence. I had my ID with me but I was not helped since I couldn't provide my proof of residence. The lady who was behind me was never asked for any proof. It's a foreigners clinic, South Africans are treated very bad."
"Where can we even report such incompetency of the staff. This clinic needs to be shut down. All the nurses ever do is complain about their salaries. The public sector needs to cut their losses with this clinic completely or hire brand new staff that is actually willing to work. Majority of nurses stroll in after eight and still sit down and have tea and amagwinya. Mnqundu we Mayfair nurses"
"Absolutely worst place to go. I've been here since 8:30 this morning and I'm still sitting in the car waiting for my wife to be attended to with our 3 week old baby. It is now 13:40. People get paid to do fokol here other than walking up and down with KFC packets"
