I was treated to a radiofrequency skin-tightening session with the lovely Giovanna Castaldo, who knows her way around a collagen boost! The treatment? A mix of red and blue light therapy—tiny pinpricks of frequency you can feel, but no pain at all. Giovanna focused on my jowls, my turkey neck (we’ve all got one!), and my décolletage. One full hour of pure rejuvenation. And the best part? It’s not just skin-deep. You get a dreamy scalp, hand, and foot massage too. I floated out of there feeling incredible. My skin? "The OMH studio is based in a pleasant older building with high ceilings and period features, the rooms and decor are very comfortable. Lucia who I've had a number of deep tissue massage treatments with is a fantastic person centred therapist who put me at ease and helped to identify and treat problem areas in my body. If I could give her a 6/5 I would. 😌"
