"I had my first retreat with Sitara in the summer of 2025 in Greece and I could not have wished for a more healing, grounding experience with the most wonderful team. The classes were absolutely welcoming to everyone, with Sitara's gentle and playful guidance which ensured everyone felt connected to the flow wherever they were in their yoga journey. Overall the whole retreat was organized with meticulous care, and even when we had some environmental (storm!) challenges, the team were always on hand to keep us comfortable and completely relaxed. I cannot wait to attend my next retreat with Sitara and this team!!"

"Before taking Sitara's 7-day retreat in Agios Pavlos, I used to think that the practice of yoga depended of the kind of technique I engaged with (Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, etc). Now I am convinced that yoga is more enjoyable, healing and powerful when you're also guided by someone who's has devoted herself to spiritual practice, kindness, love and competence, such as herself. In every one of her Yoga sessions, she has guided me with a combination of deep gentleness, compassion and effort that has helped me discover a new flavor and brilliance in the practice of yoga. My experience taking her 7-day retreat in Crete with my partner was awe-inspiring and left me full of gratitude. There was no dogma or moral lesson in it, and yet after a few days of deep relaxation and effort in her sessions, I discovered my heart was open and me and my partner could deepen our connection, making friends with the other participants in the retreat along the way. I booked her private Reiki sessions during the retreat and a few months after. In both, she helped me remove layers of fatigue, and guided me to tap into information that comes from higher realms of my being. I came out feeling closer to my emotions and more willing to continue evolving in my path. If you are looking for a person that can guide you closer to spirituality, someone you can trust to go deeper in joy, love and trust, then I whole-heartedly recommend Sitara's sessions and retreats."
