"My experience at this place didn’t reflect the spirit of Osho as I’ve come to know it. There was little laughter, lightness, or dance. The place is run by an older couple—he comes across as rather stern, while she is kind but more reserved. Though the stories about their commune life and Osho books on the shelf suggest meditation, I didn’t sense the deeper silence and energy usually present in other Osho centers. That said, the location and nature are beautiful. If you enjoy hard work as a volunteer and the company of fellow travelers, you might still have a positive experience. But as an Osho center? In my view, it doesn’t quite align with the true spirit, especially compared to others I’ve visited, including Poona."

"Far from what I imagine a shared life experience (as a volunteer) in a center that claims to be in line with Osho's thoughts might be. Or any other form of community. Dhara was very sweet and welcoming, while Samarona was not so much, and rather withdrawn and grumpy. Not at all in line with concepts like communal living or respect for others. My experience is only a warning to anyone who wants to meet them. I don't recommend it."

"a corner of the Tuscan countryside with a magical atmosphere, thanks to the owners, Dhara and Samarona, who have been running the place for years with love, excellent vegetarian food, nature and silence"

"It is an extraordinary place for activities such as meditation and contact with nature."
