"Not only does it offer one of the most beautiful views (overlooking the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau), but it's also one of the most spacious, best-organized meditation centers in Europe, staffed with highly competent teachers. The center primarily follows the Theravada tradition of Buddhism and offers silent retreats ranging from three days to four weeks. However, it also hosts seminars and retreats in other traditions, as well as cross-traditional offerings. Since its inception, I have participated in numerous retreats there and look forward to each new one.
