"I’m an Australian travelling solo and thought I would use the time on my own to learn TM, which is something I have been meaning to do for years. I’m so glad I reached out to Mark while I was in Brighton. Mark is an excellent communicator who brings clarity, humour and a deep knowledge and love for TM to his teaching. After having practiced other forms of meditation I was surprised and delighted at how simple and practical TM is. For the first time I felt I wanted to meditate instead of feeling like I should or have to. I came to TM primarily with a desire to find more focus and flow in my creative work, as well wanting more of that elusive deep rest that mediation promises.
