"I visited the Manchester Buddhist Center just a few minutes ago. What a peaceful environment. There are 2 shrines on the 1st floor, the ground floor has a shop and reception area, followed by a small pantry and book store behind. There is a natural health centre on the 2nd floor. They do have meditation sessions thrice a week and alternate Saturdays. The receptionist was so helpful and explained everything about the place. You may check their website for more information related to meditation sessions."

"Brilliant yoga studio here, I go almost every week. Full set of kit, everything from blocks and eye bags to bolsters. You can get some good massages/holistic therapies here too. It's such a relaxing space. Well worth checking out."

"I love this place. It hasn't changed much since the nineties which is a positive thing. The meditation courses are really helpful. You can do one that doesn't emphasise learning about Buddhism but just the meditation aspects if you prefer. Ive done them more than once over a twenty year period and found them helpful and informative at different life stages. Highly recommend the lunchtime meditation also."

"Lovely building, calming environment. Took one of the classes there on a Saturday morning, highly recommend. Little shop inside sells nice things too and has a great veggie cafe underneath"
