"Just finished this truly wonderful, very intense and transforming teacher training in Cádiz. Our teachers were great, the team so kind and supportive, all in this beautiful location. Yoga classes twice every day twice, besides classes on philosophy, ayurveda, anatomy, sequencing etc. I learned so much, and it is such an amazing experience to start with a group of people you don't know, and in the end leave so very deeply connected. I feel blessed, full, and so grateful."

"Wow what a beautiful spiritual place and one of the most incredible things I’ve done in my life is to complete my 200 hour yoga teacher training course at La Casa Shambala in Koh phangnan, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left it was such a beautiful spiritual experience from the Karma yogi’s that worked there to the managers and directors, teachers who are now My gurus and just everybody including the fellow students and of course the resident cats and visiting dogs! It’s just an amazing spiritual place where one can heal as well as learn the amazing beautiful practice of yoga teacher training. I will never forget this experience. It has been life changing and I can’t wait to continue paying forward the skills that I have learnt and the love that I have received and this beautiful spiritual place that I would like to call my second home and one day I will return thank you La Casa Shambala 🙏💫 namaste 🙏"

"What an incredible place! So grateful to have selected this amazing YTT in Koh Phangan. The experience was a whirlwind, but such a beautiful journey. You learn so much about yoga, anatomy, philosophy, and yourself. This particular location is very eco friendly and mindful about nature and our impact on the earth - it’s rustic, no frills, and will strip you back to basics. I personally loved the emphasis on embracing your true self - no mirrors around, humble bamboo huts with mosquito nets, composting toilets and outdoor cold showers, etc. The instructors were diverse and kind, the volunteer staff kept things running smoothly, and the vibe was peaceful and relaxing while diving into an intense, immersive course. Overall, I loved my time at Casa Shambala and would recommend this to any person who might be interested."

"I loved it to bits... The place itself is pretty unique but it wouldn't be the same without the people. The Monchique team was incredible! I am amazed by kindness and professionalism from teacher's Martina and Johanna. I felt safe with the Menager Debora, which made the living there smooth and comfortable. Tge food made by Ramiro exceeded my expectations and I ended up buying his book as I cannot live without it now.... And the volunteers - Manu, Kara and Marley has been tge most beautiful souls, creating homey vibes✨❤️ They were not only friendly but also supportive and loving ☀️ Overall you have a great people working there please take care of them well💫"

"We are just completing our course today at Alicante venue. It’s been amazing on so many levels. The team leading the experience have been kind, welcoming and shared their knowledge and passion for yoga with us every day. The vegan lunches and dinners were amazing. The deeper work on ourselves happened very organically and in the safety of our little bubble of community here. It felt very safe to share openly and really authentically explore ourselves and the learnings. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend but bring mosquito repellent."
