Hot Yoga Floripa

"Spectacular practice for Bikram. I'm a gym rat who, among other things, has been practicing Bikram Yoga in Washington DC for about an year. As I traveled for vacation to Floripa, I had hopes to find a place to continue my healthy habit and boy, did I find the right place! To start with, Cassi and Dani are just the most adorable couple ever. These guys are so sweet, down to earth, and always sparkling around the very best vibes. The practice was exactly what it should be and more (very detailed oriented instructions of the classic 26 + 2 postures during a ninety minute crazy-dripping sweat lol!). But hey, this is Brazil so of course, as the cherry on top, there was the added Brazilian touch. On Saturday, we practiced with pop music in the background, and in weekdays participants even got lucky enough to get a quick neck massage at the end of the class ♡ On my last day, I joked with Cassi that I wished they offered classes in the US! I was located at the Campeche area, so it was quite a hike for me to get there (a forty-minute Uber trip, two ways, every time). But that was the least of my concerns, I enjoyed every second of those classes and will surely go back there whenever I end up in Florianópolis. Needless to say, I very much recommend Hot Yoga Floripa. Thank you Cassi and Dani for being just THE best!"
