"The service has changed drastically since the previous management. During our last rental of the house, while we were fully using the facilities, they made repairs and removed chairs from the reception area and foyer, which were to be used for various activities during the following days of our stay. Furthermore, they closed the dining room when we needed to hold an event already included in the rental agreement. Also, two of the first-floor bedrooms have plumbing problems and the sewage has a very bad smell, making it difficult for anyone who used them to rest. Not to mention, they don't leave a master key at night in case a room is locked; we have to wait until the next shift change to access them."
