"These two stars go to the two conferences I attended (fear and the reality of what we are experiencing). This review is my perception and my feelings, and it is solely my own. I felt absolutely no humanity or warmth in Lama Eric's words, but coldness, great distance, and even sadness in his gaze, devoid of any kindness. It's paradoxical for a Lama, but that's life!! A guilt-inducing and acerbic speech about our society, whether he likes it or not, he is a part of it!!! This is a shame, because I appreciate the place and its positive energy, as well as the few meditation sessions I was able to do."

"I've been a regular visitor to this center for several years due to the quality of its lectures and meditations. The Tibetan Kagyupa and Nyingmapa lineages are represented, with masters regularly offering their teachings. Theravada Buddhism is also well represented, with meditation teachings given once or twice every two months by Venerable Samyos. Along with many other activities... Top-notch organization 👍 and a wonderful location right in the city center, just steps from the metro, for meditating, learning, and practicing."
