"During my darkest days, I miraculously found Bodhi Meditation through Google and I decided to attend Weekend meditation classes. Although the journey has only been 3 months now but Bodhi meditation and Master JinBodhi’s teaching have transformed me within and my life. I wanted to explain in simple terms how Bodhi meditation and chanting transformed me, is that after practicing meditation, I started to posses the ability to see myself from the outside. It made me realise that I (and many other people) may be often trapped inside our own mind and body, inside our own ego, and looking ourselves as the ONE very matters. This has resulted in our inability to look within ourselves and change ourselves instead of becoming the victim of circumstances. Meditation made me feel like my soul leaving my body and seeing things from different angles and trying to understand the world beyond our own. I am becoming a better person.
