"This place is really quite amazing. Yes, it’s cheap and facilities are basic but the natural environment it sits within, sense of community and really clean and comfy rooms far exceeds true value for money. The chanting and meditations are wonderful; and if you are inexperienced at meditation, you may be instructed. If you come with your own meditation techniques, that is fine and encouraged when carried out quietly in group. I’ve returned numerous times and have always left feeling refreshed."

"Really enjoyed the meditation session. This place is so peaceful and calm, full of positive energy. I learned a lot from the meditation session and found it is so much easier to meditate with group than with myself. There was many different meditation methods, it was a great experience."

"This place is just amazing, with a newcomer to meditation, their teachings are clear and easy to follow, great teachers. Just the place I needed for a few days away to gather myself. The staff are so caring, helpful and respectful of your privacy if that's what you desire. I will go back as much as possible!"
