"A truly wonderful, spiritual, and welcoming place. I’ve been a frequent visitor and student for the past three years, and I hold nothing but respect and gratitude for this community. Nestled among the trees and near the water, it offers peaceful meditation rooms, a beautiful garden, and a serene environment perfect for reflection. They offer weekly meditation sessions both online and in person, along with meaningful courses and inspiring events that bring the community together. This is a space rooted in acceptance, open-mindedness, and genuine connection—welcoming to all who come."

"I have been to this place twice so far within this Covid era. Each time I learned spiritual techniques to how to cope up and feel stable, how to be certain and uncertain time. I came out a happier, calmer and peaceful person each time. Learned great skills to navigate life with ease and comfort. The location is very serene, quiet and in the lap of nature. sounds of birds chirping, wing blowing, pure clean air all makes us go closer to the nature and elements of nature. The food made with love is amazing & delicious. The people here, shows tremendous unconditional love, affection. They make this place very warm and welcoming and makes the whole experience worth repeating! Very generous place in giving all aspects of the Mind, Body & Spirit upliftment. I would love to visit as often as possible."

"I was at Anubhuti Retreat Center for a silent meditation retreat 2 weeks ago. It was an exhilarating experience for me - 3 days of complete silence from words, technology and communication. 3 days of Meditation, introspection, yoga, sleep and food - the components that I absolutely needed at this point in my life. Can't thank the retreat staff / volunteers enough for their hospitality. The way they maintain the center for retreats like this is impeccable. The food is cooked by volunteers fresh everyday, with organic produce from their garden, with a lot of love. 3 meals a day of warm, freshly cooked food made me eat the maximum I have eaten in my life probably. The center has a number of meditation rooms with music, candles, comfortable seating, books. It is full of positive vibes and energy from all the meditation and silence. Our instructor, Jay Chodagam, was so attentive to each one of us, even though there were 20 of us in the retreat group. We were all at different levels of meditation experience - beginners to everyday practitioners. Jay made sure that the retreat was useful to all levels. His pace of teaching meditation was perfect. He also came up with such creative ways for introspection, for us to connect with each other and enjoy the blessings in our lives. At the end of the retreat, we all felt like 1 family - even though we never spoke to each other for 3 days. That was the power of this center, the staff and Jay. I would recommend this spiritual experience to anyone who is ready."

"I did the weekend-long silent meditation retreat here after wanting to do one for several years and the time finally came. They certainly delivered and exceeded expectations. The facilitators, Nira and Elizabeth were both so soothing and comforting with their voices and instruction. They gave informative and entertaining anecdotes, riveting and practical lectures and lessons along with hatha yoga and different forms of breathing. The nature walks were amazing too and this center is situated in a stunning location with nature and views all around to see. The food is incredibly delicious. Like a fellow retreat goer had mentioned, I could certainly come back for the food alone and the overall experience was life changing. I feel even more serenity and at peace than I did when I first arrived at the center and I am continuing to feel the deep effects of silence, stillness and being in deep thought. This experience has truly allowed me to notice every small, subtle detail in the environment around me and I feel life has become more vivid and vibrant than before. Overall, the experience felt like a warm bowl of soup; deeply comforting for the soul and subconscious."

"OMG, this place is amazing! I did the weekend retreat on March 28. The instructors and front desk lady Fern were very nice and very knowledgeable. The meditations were some of the best that I have ever done. And the food was super delicious and all very healthy. I really enjoyed my retreat, and didn’t want to go home. Can’t wait to go again sometime in the future"
